This is a working notebook where I keep all of my BJJ notes from the last two years, grouped by position. I hope it will help someone who is also on the journey and likes to see everything in one place. Enjoy!

====SEATED GUARD====

JJM Snag or Sweep If someone gives you the leg from combat base, you can hook into it and snag it by doing a technical standup. This might be called an ankle pick, but I prefer snag. You can also sweep to that side if they drive into you (loading themselves above your hips). Source: JJM.
